Appartement sympathique.Le jardin est un vrai plus. Il est bien placé.L'appartement dispose du confort minimum et il était propre. Le propriétaire a dû tenir compte de l'avis précédent car nous n'avons pas constaté de désagrément.Nous le réserverons certainement à nouveau.

Bon emplacement et mais appartement très sale

Emplacement idéal proche des fameuses planches de Deauville Par contre le logement n’est plus du tout conforme aux photos de l’annonce, elles devraient être revus et le prix revu à la baisse égalementL’appartement est très sale, nous avons retrouvé à notre arrivée un os de chien mâchouillé, des miettes, des cheveux, et des moutons de poussière… pas très sympa avec un bébé de 1 ans qui marche à 4 pattes L’équipe est venue très rapidement pour passer l’aspirateur et la serpillière en s’excusant. Les rideaux ainsi que les draps étaient tâchésLa tringles à rideaux pend dans le salon La poubelle de la salle de bain est cassé La porte de douche fonctionne très mal La box internet ainsi qu’un autre boîtier avec des fils pendouilles dans l’entrée, donc idem pas idéal et dangereux pour un bébé Le salon de jardin ainsi que les transat’ ne sont pas disponibles. Vous avez par contre une table et des chaises pour manger dehors. Pensez à demander des draps pour utiliser le canapé lit, ou à emmener les votre au vu de l’état de ceux qui sont proposés (voir photo) Également sachez que les locataires saisonniers ne sont absolument pas les bienvenus dans l’immeuble, il y a partout un courrier placardé indiquant que la location saisonnière est interdite (voir photo), je vous laisse donc imaginer l’ambiance avec les propriétaires quand on les croise … Concernant la télévision, il n’y a aucune chaine classique de disponible. Les poêles également sont bonnes à changer.
