This delightful, characterful holiday home is located in the charming conservation area of Deal. The elegant Georgian three storey building has been lovingly decorated by the owners, with some fabulous finishing touches and they have thought of everything guests will need for the perfect stay.

Situated in a quiet side street just off the main promenade and beach, Noggin is also just a few yards from both the buzzing high street with its delis, boutique shops and cafes and restaurants.

The house has a cosy sitting room with wood burning stove, a lower ground floor kitchen / dining room, a delightful sunny courtyard and upstairs are three beautifully decorated bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
