Cabanya Azul - Buckleys, Long Island: This newly constructed cottage has a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean to the east & the calm waters of Exuma Sound on the west side of the Island. Cable TV w/58" smart ROKU TV in living room & 50" TV's in bedrooms - you can bring and use your personal firestick/roku/any other streaming device. Rental cars are available on the Island and I can refer you to a couple of places that are nearby. Spacious bedrooms with large walk-in shower w/2 shower heads in master. Each bedroom and living room has sliding glass doors that steps out onto the large veranda that faces the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach that is literally a 5-minute walk from the cottage. The are a number of beautiful beaches throughout the island as well as many other local attractions (Dean's Blue Hole, Hamilton's Caves, Cape Santa Maria, Columbus Monument, etc.) There is a small Keurig coffee brewer in the cottage so feel free to bring your favorite Keurig coffee pods - also have small coffee maker.


The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. A Smart TV comes with cable channels, and guests can stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

We loved Todd's house. Great location with beach down street. The Island is lovely with beautiful beaches and few tourists. Easy place to chill from the maddening world!

Great house and location.

The house was on the newer side and clean. The car ran well. The communication with the owner was excellent. There is a small beach on the Atlantic side within a 5 minute walk. I heard there is good snorkeling there when it's calm. If you snorkel I recommend visiting the Blue Hole. There were a wide variety of fish and sand dollars in the shallows. Max Conch Bar was our favorite restaurant. They make the best Cuban Sandwich! We rented a boat from Long Island Boat Rentals. The boat was in great shape and they had the cooler full of ice with waters and all the safety equipment. Waters are very peaceful and you may not see another person all day on the secluded beaches. I recommend this house and Long Island.
