This mountainside condo features two master bedrooms each with a comfortable king-sized bed, and twin bunk beds in the downstairs bedroom. There are two bathrooms upstairs, both with a bathtub/shower combo, and all essentials are provided.

Bedroom 2: King bed.
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed ( 2 single beds).
Living room: Sofa bed.
2 Bathrooms are large and bright, and essentials are provided.

**LOUNGE AND KITCHEN**
The stylish, yet comfortable sofa and lounge chair in the living area provides a great view of both the fireplace and television to enjoy your favorite movies. There are also arcade games to play after a big day of adventure! The kitchen is open concept modern style, with all you need to make your favorite meals. An island with bar-style seating for 2 and a dining table with seating for 6.

Guests will have access to the entire unit along with all the resort's amenities including the fitness center, hot tub, shared fire pit, BBQ, and underground parking.

We offer the convenience of self-check-in. While you may have the unit to yourselves, you won’t be alone should you need assistance. Guest Services are available 24/7. Give us a call or text if you need anything. :)

The condo is located in a mountain resort located in Dead Man's Flats, near The Three Sisters Campground, and a close drive of Canmore, Sunshine Village, and Lake Louise.

In order to better enjoy the area, we really recommend renting a vehicle. You can either rent a car or a bike to move around as there is no public transportation. :)

- We have one dedicated parking spot for our guest's use.

- The underground parking has a maximum height capacity of 7 ft.

-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.

-Hot tub availability is weather-dependent

-Parkade cleaning has been scheduled on May 5, 2025 starting at 9 AM. No vehicles allowed in the parkade during this time and will not be allowed to gain entry until the work has been completed. You may check the alternative parking posted onsite.
Welcome to your Airbnb home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbors, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.

Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:

1. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.

2. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

3. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

4. This unit has a maximum capacity of 8 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.

5. Our pet fee is 20CAD per pet, per night. Please do not leave your pets unattended inside the unit.

*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #3 as it will be based on the nightly rate).


6. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post's FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.

7. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.

8. The resort requires guests to provide their vehicle details for parking registration. Hosts are not responsible for any parking tickets incurred by guests.
