Villa Trianon -Summer beachhouse in De Panne

Villa Trianon is a recently renovated 4 bedroom villa with room to park your car. The tastfully decorated living room has a big TV. This unique villa is just across the beach of De Panne. Shops, restaurants and some nice bars are just a hop away. Come here for a lovely stay at the Belgian coast.

On the groundfloor, you'll find a spacious living room, kitchen and toilet.

On the first floor, you'll find a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds and the biggest bathroom. You have to walk through the bedroom with double bed in order to reach the bedroom with bunk beds. All of these rooms are connected without doors.

On the second floor you'll find the room with 2 single beds, the room with double bed and the second bathroom. There is a door between the bedrooms, but there is no door to the bathroom. You have to walk through the bedroom with double bed in order to reach the bedroom with single beds.

Attention: we do require a safety deposit which has to be blocked on your credit card.

Das Haus liegt super zentral und man erreich alles fußläufig was super toll ist! Auch das ein Stellplatz vor dem Haus ist hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Ausstattung ist absolut mehr als ausreichend und alles was man benötigt findet man vor! Die Zimmer sind schön und modern gestaltet. Ein gelungener Urlaub! Direkt neben dem Haus ist eine Baustelle(wir hatten Glück und es war anscheinend Urlaubszeit) aber wenn dort gearbeitet wird denke ich das es sehr laut im Haus ist.

Man hatte Angst die Mikrowelle zu benutzen weil diese Tür fast zusammen fiel unter dem Kühlschrank fehlte ein Stück von der Zeile. Im Treppenhaus war es mit spinnenweben versehen. Das Treppenhaus war komplett kalt So das man gefroren hat auf die Toilette zu gehen weil hinter dem Treppen ein WC war . Ab 0:00 Uhr gingen die Heizungen aus und gingen erst 7:00 Uhr morgens wieder an man ging morgens ins Wohnzimmer und man hat gefroren. Das komplette Haus muss saniert werden im ersten Schlafzimmer im Kleiderschrank drinnen war es voller Schimmel wir konnten unsere Kleidung nicht da ablegen mussten es auf Bett legen. Die Gastgeber konnten uns kein babybett zur Verfügung stellen daher mussten wir das auch mitnehmen obwohl es heutzutage für eine Selbstverständlichkeit zählt. Was uns absolut nicht gefallen hat die Entsorgung vom Müll. Das es so umständlich für Gäste gemacht wird… mir wäre es lieber gewesen wenn man das alles insgesamt berechnet hätte zb. Pro Person an Müll verschwendet so und so viel bedeutet für 7 Tage als Beispiel 70 noch als endpreis dazu so weiß Ma zumindest woran man ist als versteckte Kosten und das Man selbst zusehen muss und suchen muss wo ich den Müll entsorgen soll..! Und noch zu sagen wenn sie den Müll bei der Abreise da lassen ziehen wir 50 von der Kaution ab obwohl die Reinigung eh mit inbegriffen ist im Preis ..! Wir haben schon einige Häuser gesehen und gemietet bei Reisen das ist nicht unser erstes und ganz ehrlich das hier war bisher das schlechte

Außenbereich nicht hergerichtet, Liegestühle defekt, wenig einladend zum Aufenthalt. Im Haus defekte Jalousien in der Küche, ließen sich nicht hochziehen, unsaubere Schubladen. In den Schlafräumen fehlte eine Möglichkeit, Kleidung aufzuhängen, nur Ablagen vorhanden. Gastzimmer ok, Betten gut. Problem wegen des Schlüssels, es gab nur einen Schlüssel für Vorder- und Terrassentüren. Leider eine laute Baustelle in unmittelbarer Nchbarschaft.Die Nähe zum Strand und zu den Geschäften und zur Gastronomie haben uns mit dem Haus etwas versöhnt.

Schönes Haus

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus, was in direkter Nähe zum Strand liegt. Es gibt viele Restaurants in direkter Nähe und trotzdem liegt das Haus sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung bietet alles was man braucht. Einzige Kritik gilt dem offenen Konzept im Badbereich, wo die beiden gut ausgestatteten Bäder nicht durch Türen von den Schlafbereichen getrennt sind.
