Villa in Texel near Beach and Nature Reserve

This luxury villa is located on the quiet park 't Hoogelandt, in one of the most beautiful nature reserves on the island of Texel. The house is near the woods and dunes, a short distance from the beach by the sea and it comfortably accommodates a party of children.

For the children, the swimming paradise Caluna, Ecomare and Schipbreuk and the Juttersmuseum Flora are just a stone's throw away. Want to go on a horseback ride? There are several riding stables in the region. The villages Koog, with its cosy terraces, and Den Burg, the shopping heart of Texel, are both a few kilometres from the villa. Public transport stops 500 m from the villa.

The comfortable box-spring beds are extra long and after an intensive day you can relax in the bathtub. The garden is screened by tall trees and shrubs, enhancing privacy. From March 2023, this accommodation is gas-free and equipped with a kitchen with induction hob. You can end your holiday days relaxing with a glass of wine on the spacious outdoor south-facing terrace. The property is equipped with a charging point for electric cars that can be used for a fee with public charging passes.

Heerlijk verblijf

Ondanks de stevige storm en regen toch een heerlijk herfstweekend op Texel gehad met gezin + aanhang, dankzij het comfortabele huis. Na uitwaaien (en natregenen) op het strand lekker samen eten in de ruime woonkamer/keuken en daarna goed slapen in alle rust. Strand, Ecomare en Juttersmuseum goed te belopen. Voor een etentje in Den Burg hebben we de auto gepakt.

Urlaub mit Freunden

Das Haus ist wirklich schön und die Lage klasse. Man ist schnell in der Koog und auch die anderen Orte sind schnell mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort war gut zu erreichen und kam inner halb weniger Minuten da,das elektronische Schloss noch funktionierte. Die Putzkolonne müsste vielleicht etwas mehr in die Ecken schauen😉 Doch alles in allem wirklich zu empfehlen 👍

Wir (2 Familien total 8 P.) hatten einen tollen Silesterurlaub

Klasse Haus mit toller, hochwertiger Ausstattung. Preis ist vollkommen gerechtfertigt Sehr geräumig und gepflegt. Einziges kleine Manko: Haus ist etwas hellhörig. Hatten sogar einen Weihnachtsbaum im Wohnzimmer :-)

Wij hebben een fijne tijd gehad met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen . Deze woning is zeker het huren waard , omdat alle voorzieningen aanwezig waren .
