Das Haus war ok. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Trockner war kaputt und die Badewanne verstopft. Die Sauberkeit war mangelhaft, was sehr schade ist weil das Haus an sich ok ist und die Lage sehr gut ist. Die Bäder waren recht schmutzig, es war überall sehr staubig. Wir haben nach Ankunft nochmal durchgeputzt.

Die Wohnung war in einem sehr unsauberen Zustand. Die angebotene Wellness Badewanne lies sich nicht schließen. Die Amaturen waren defekt. Die schränke klebten von innen. Vom vormieter war der Toiletten Mülleimer nicht gereinigt. Es waren noch offene Lebensmittel in der Wohnung. Unsere Reklamation bei Belvilla und dem Vermieter wurden nicht ernst genommen.

Leuk huis maar niet voor de luxe

Prima huis met alle voorzieningen. De luxe in dit huis heeft echt wel wat TLC nodig. Wij hebben begrepen dat de eigenaar van dit huis niet van Texel is en hoop dat hij niet al teveel betaalt voor de schoonmaakploeg alhier. Dit kon echt veel beter. Wij hadden het idee dat er al enige tijd niemand in de huis had verbleven. Verder heeft het gewoon onderhoud nodig en iemand die af en toe met een gereedschapskist naar binnen wandelt. Die hadden we nou net niet mee ingepakt ( en wel nodig)

Uitstekende villa op prachtige locatie

Gelegen op een rustig park hebben we erg genoten van deze moderne villa. Van alle gemakken voorzien, goede bedden en keukengerei allemaal aanwezig. Heerlijk van het terras kunnen genieten, daar heb je de hele dag zon en het zonnescherm biedt de benodigde schaduw op warme dagen. Handig met 2 badkamers, zowel boven als beneden, zodat je elkaar nooit in de weg loopt. Met een baby van 7 maanden scheelt het ook sjouwen met het campingbedje en de kinderstoel, ook deze waren gelukkig aanwezig. Volgend jaar weer!
