The house is located on the Belgian coast in the village of De Haan (12 km from Ostend and Bruges) and can be rented on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.
The house is about 1 km from the beach.
Built in the "Belle Epoque" style, the village of De Haan offers hiking trails through natural dunes and forests, as well as the prettiest beach promenade in Belgium. Or do you fancy sunset rides or kite surfing?
The city of Bruges, just 12 km away, is the most beautiful city in Belgium with its picturesque old town center. With the tram along the Belgian coast you can reach all important places like Ostend, Knokke, Nieuwpoort, Blankenberge, ...
Our detached holiday home can accommodate 6 people (there is an additional cot). It was completely renovated in 2017, including the kitchen and bathroom.
The 3 bedrooms are furnished with double beds (1 with optional single beds).
The kitchen has a large induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and is fully equipped.
It is quiet and the garden offers a terrace with a grill.
A parking space is available directly at the holiday home.
Numerous restaurants and catering options are available, an Aldi and an SMatch in the immediate vicinity.

Cozy, nicely furnished house with garden

Positives: Nice design furniture/amenities and very well equipped in general. Cosy house with good division of space. There is an outdoors space with a grill. The house is very well equipped for children (high chair, dishes, toys, seat adaptors, etc.). Close to supermarkets. 5-10 minutes bike ride to town center. Everything was clean when handed over. You get what you read on the listing. Good value for price (end of June). Negatives: We had to bring our own bedsheet and towels, which we found a hassle, also to find fitting sizes. We were given only 1 key for a group of 4 adults + 2 kids. Only one bathroom which has an enclosed WC is a bit of a bottleneck. We had a great stay there and would definitely recommend it!

Fantastic family holiday in Belgium

This is a fantastic property. All the home comforts. Fantastic kitchen , great bathroom , the shower is brilliant. Property very clean. The beds were so comfortable.we are now going to buy one of the mattresses from Ikea. Property is in a great position. 2 supermarkets 5 mins away. Centre of town 10 minutes walk. Beach 20 mins walk. Tram 15 minutes walk. Very quite area we all slept very well. We had a fabulous family holiday in this house

Lovely detached modern bungalow on quiet park, easy walking to 2 supermarkets, de Haan centre, tram stop and beach. Clean, warm & well equipped, private driveway and secure fencing ideal for exercising our dogs. Pretty much everything you could need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Nice neighbourhood, great real Italian pizza 10 mins walk away next to T'pubje, and a better atmosphere at the next pub along (turn left after T'pubje, first bar on left). We are already discussing a return trip! Pete and Claire:)

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, waren mit 2 Enkelkindern (2 und 4 Jahre alt) hier. Das Haus ist sehr schön, gemĂŒtlich und wir hatten selten ein so gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Die Beschreibung der Vermieter war super genau und es war auch fĂŒr die Kinder alles vorhanden.

Schlechtes Preis- / LeistungsverhÀltnis

Wir waren sehr enttĂ€uscht.Die Lage war zwar toll und das Haus von außen so wie auf den Bildern, von innen jedoch teilweise unterirdisch.Wir fahren schon seit ca. 15 Jahren min. 1x pro Jahr nach De Haan, aber so etwas haben wir noch nirgendwo erlebt.Es ist alles ziemlich abgenutzt / abgeranzt, es war sehr schmutzig und auf Nachrichten wurde weder per Fewo noch per Email reagiert.Die Bettdecken hatten alle Flecken, eine Decke hatte undefinierbare Hinterlassenschaften (vermutlich erbrochenes), die VorhĂ€nge im Wohnzimmer hatten Schlitze von einem Messer o.Ă€., in der KĂŒche waren ĂŒberall KrĂŒmel / Fettflecken / AbdrĂŒcke / Restkapseln in der Kaffeemaschine, die Topfuntersetzer / Backofenhandschuhe waren total schmutzig und das Besteck / die Kochlöffel alt und angelaufen, Schmutz / Essensreste / Haare im bzw. unter dem Bett, ein Fenster im DG ließ sich nicht ganz öffnen, die Klobrille war lose und total vergilbt und zudem waren ĂŒberall in der KĂŒche / im Essbereich Ameisen.FĂŒr fast 200 pro Nacht war dies wirklich unterirdisch und auf unsere Anfragen / Nachrichten/ Hinweise gab es bisher immer noch keine Reaktion. Wir sind dann sogar einen Tag frĂŒher abgereist und können wirklich nur warnen / davon abraten.

Very nice holiday house

The house has everything for a pleaseant stay, everything is clean and nice. The kitchen is well equipped, the house is not too far from the center of De Haan and the beach. The neighbourhood is quiet. This house is also very good if you travel with dogs. There is a fence in the garden so the dogs cannot run away. We were very satisfied!

schöne erholsame 2 Wochen in De Haan

Wir haben 2 sehe erholsame Wochen in De Haan verbracht. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend aber trotzdem sehr zentral. In ca. 500 Meter findet man bereits den Aldi und in wenigen Gehminuten ist man auch schon im Ortskjern von De Haan. Das Haus selber ist sehr schön und es fehlt einem eigentlich an nichts, es ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Betten ( haben zwar nur in einem Zimmer ausporbiert) sind sehr bequem und wir haben sehr gut darin geschlafen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

Schöne Lage in einer ruhigen Siedlung am Rande des Ortskerns von De Haan. Leider wurde das Haus bei Anreise in einem sehr schmutzigen Zustand angetroffen! Die Vermieterin hat sich trotz umgehender Kontaktaufnahme erst fast zwei Tage spĂ€ter dazu gemeldet.Weiterhin fehlten Teile der beschriebenen Ausstattung fĂŒr den Außenbereich (Liegen/Sonnenschirm) , so dass der Außenbereich fast gar nicht nutzbar war. Auch hier war die Vermieterin trotz mehrfacher Kontakte nicht in der Lage vollstĂ€ndig fĂŒr Abhilfe zu sorgen. Bitte ausreichend Kerzen mitbringen 😂. Die Terrasse besitzt nicht mal eine Außenbeleuchtung, so dass man nach Sonnenuntergang im stockdunklen sitzt.FĂŒr ein Haus dieser Preisklasse hatten wir doch etwas anderes erwartet. Wir haben in De Haan schon deutlich besser zu geringeren Preisen gewohnt. Insgesamt also leider enttĂ€uschend.

Nettes ruhiges Ferienhaus

Das Haus befindet sich in einer gepflegten Anlage (Villa Park II); innen drin ist es mit offenem TreppengelĂ€nde schön hell und ansprechend ausgerichtet. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der schöne, abgeschlossene Gartenbereich, wo wir abends grillen und mit unseren zwei Kleinkindern ohne Gefahr von Autos spielen konnten. Der Sauberkeitszustand war ausreichend, aber leider nicht top (z.B. Haare in den Schubladen; WollmĂ€use, Staub, Spinngeweben sowohl unter den Betten als auch an der Badlampe; Fußmatte voller Hundehaare). Der Grillrost war auch total verdreckt und fettig. Dringend zu empfehlen sind aktuelle Touristeninfos. als auch klarerer Infos. ĂŒber MĂŒllentsorgung und den richtigen Code. Eine Möglichkeit, WĂ€sche aufzuhĂ€ngen als auch ein Sonnenschirm fĂŒr die Terrasse wĂ€ren super.

We have been to this lovely house again. One nice week in a nicely set up house. It has been refurbished some years back and is still in good shape. Nice distance to supermarket. Beaches not too far away with good parking opportunities. If you want to relax in an excellent atmosphere it is perfect to go.

Ein schönes Domizil fĂŒr 1 Woche

Wir (4 Personen) haben den Aufenthalt in dem hĂŒbschen Haus sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben sehr ĂŒppig - es fehlte quasi an nichts (bis auf die leeren Batterien der KĂŒchenwaage :-) ). FĂŒr AusflĂŒge an der KĂŒste (Tram) oder nach BrĂŒgge (Auto) bestens zu empfehlen.

Das Ferienhaus ist wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Der Check in hat super geklappt. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar. Zur Stadt sind wir 10 Minuten gelaufen und zum Strand 20 Minuten. Alles Top und Empfehlenswert.

Tolles Haus mit allem was das Herz begehrt!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Anlage ist ruhig gelegen. Das Haus ist rundherum mit einer hohen Hecke vor neugierigen Blicken geschĂŒtzt. So dass man genĂŒgend PrivatsphĂ€re hat. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nĂ€chstes Jahr wieder!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit Familie und Hund

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in sehr schönem Haus. Kleine Reparaturen wĂ€ren sinnvoll (TĂŒrschloss muss man von innen abschließen..., Gartentor muss mit einer Holzlatte fixiert werden, damit sie zubleibt, Decken sind teils vergilbt, kleine Löcher in den VorhĂ€ngen, manche GlĂ€ser und SchĂŒsseln abgeplatzt...) Keine großen MĂ€ngel aber könnte mal erneuert werden. WĂŒrden trotzdem wieder in das Haus. Sehr positiv: die dichte Hecke um den kleinen Garten mit RasenflĂ€che. Unser Hund konnte im Garten sein, aber weder in die NachbargĂ€rten noch aus dem GrundstĂŒck raus. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe im Ort und gesamte Abwicklung völlig reibungslos. Danke!

Top Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr gut gepflegt. Es liegt in einem ebenfalls sehr gefpflegten kleinen Park mit Ă€hnlichen HĂ€usern und bietet auch einen Pkw Stellplatz direkt am Eingang. Zwei LebensmittelmĂ€rkte befinden sich fusslĂ€ufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, haben alle hilfreichen Informationen genaustens schriftlich erfasst und direkt bei Buchung mitgesendet, stehen aber auch telefonisch fĂŒr Anfragen zur VerfĂŒgung. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen und bekommt von uns die volle Punktzahl!
