Magnificent Direct Oceanfront View
*Currently no direct beach access due to the high surf damaging our ramp* additional access can be found one building to the north.
This is a highly sought after condominium building and unit.
This is a 3/3 condominium. As You walk in the front door to your right is the laundry room.
As your proceed straight ahead you will see the open layout kitchen.
Off to your right is the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom consists of a queen bed next to a twin bed with a tv, dresser, and it’s own private bathroom. The second bedroom consists of a single queen bed, a tv, and it’s own private bathroom.
As you proceed through the kitchen the unit starts to open up and off to your right you have the dining area, living room, and balcony entry/exit.
From the living room to your left you have the beautiful master bedroom which boasts a king bed, a tv, a walk in closet, and a huge master bathroom.
The living room features a couch/loveseat combs in front of a smart tv. And the dining are right behind it features a kitchen table that seats 6 as well as additional bar top seating at the kitchen.
The amenities of this building are unrivaled. A huge perk is that it’s sister condo is connected right next door that means you get two of everything. 2 pools, 2 spas, 2 fitness centers, and 2 pool tables.

Minimum age: 25 (age of the primary renter)
1. Being transparent as possible -- Instead of charging a high security deposit or having you pay a non-refundable fee to VRBO for their coverage (which is not enough coverage) we have sought out a higher limit 3rd party coverage for incidentals. Our cost is $145 and is marked as an admin fee. This covers you for the vast majority of incidental damage to the unit that could happen. This solves two things. 1. We do not have to collect a huge security deposit from you. 2. More importantly it solves the damage claim process which VRBO had traditionally made hosts "aim" their damage claim at the guest first seeking payment before they would step in and pay. We wanted to ensure every guest was covered for both minor an major "oops" without having to deal with the hassle and coverage limitations set forth by VRBO.

EARLY CHECK IN: Is not available. (If the unit is ready early, our check in agent will let you know)
LATE CHECK IN FEE: This fee is charged for "after hours" arrivals at a residential building. ** 8:01pm-11:59pm: $50 ** 12am+: $100
PETS: One pet max 20lb weight limit No aggressive breeds Need up to date vet records showing rabies $150 pet fee per pet
PARKING: We get one reserved spot in the garage and a second parking pass for the top deck. This top deck spot is first come first serve.
KEYS OR KEY FOBS: If lost or damaged are $75 to replace.
We provided a starter kit of household items; A few trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper rolls, and one roll of paper towels. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.
CHECKOUT: is at 10:00 am
HOUSE RULES:
1. Smoking is NOT allowed at all inside the condominium or on the balconies. Caught doing either will result in a $500 fine. (Smoking can be done out front of the building)
2. You MUST follow the checkout instructions in the binder given to you prior to checking out of your unit.
3. Do not hang anything over the balcony railings.
4. Wash the sand off of you and your beach belongings prior to coming up to the unit.
5. Be kind, courteous, and respectful of all staff, owners, and other rental guests staying.
6. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
7. The amenities such as the pool and fitness center cannot be used after 10pm. Breaking this rule can result in the condo association overruling me and asking a guest to leave.
8. Please do not do drugs or bring drugs into the unit. (This will result in an automatic termination of your stay).
9. Please do not take the towels or pillows with you. (Yes people do this)
10. If you break something please notify us right away you have damage insurance that protects us both.
11. One week before check in you will receive an email with all of your check in information as well as a couple documents to fill out.
12. You will be given a 15-20 minute tour upon arrival. This is so you know your way around the building and do not get lost.
13. You cannot have additional guests in the building or using the amenities that are not on your registration document. (This will get you removed from the building)
14. Parking is two spots. One in the garage and one on the outdoor top deck (parking on the top deck Is limited)
15. Checkout is 10am.
16. You will need to fill out a parking registration form as well as a standard short term lease agreement with us after booking prior to check in that will be sent via email.

The condo was beautiful and spacious and very clean.
There were a couple of issues but Lucas took care of them quickly and effectively making our stay very pleasant.

Perfect Location
This was a great condo, with plenty of room for 8, in the perfect section of Daytona (Daytona Shores). It was clean, and the check-in/out process was simple. It is a quiet location, so maybe not ideal for younger/rambunctious kids, but for us and our teens it was nice, safe, and secure. It was convenient to shopping and restaurants and the view was amazing!
