This serene 3rd floor oceanfront beach corner unit condo at the luxurious St. Maarten boasting over 2700 sq ft with a wrap around balcony. This unit has an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths with spectacular views of the ocean from every window. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen, reclining sofas and large flat screen tv in the living room as well as flat screen tvs in each of the bedrooms. The St. Maarten offers 1 indoor pool and spa as well as 2 outdoor pools and spa newly rebuilt (opened April 2024) after the recent 2022 storms. St. Maarten amenities also include 2 billiard tables and shuffle board table, gym, and 2 saunas.
Please note only 2 cars are permitted for parking.
