The formal dining room opens directly to the family room and includes a table large enough to seat 8 guests. The primary bedroom has stunning ocean views and includes a walk-in closet and a spa like bathroom that is warm and inviting. The two additional bedroom also have generous closets (one is a walk-in) as well as their own ensuite bathrooms. Each enjoy ocean and/or harbor views. The chef inspired kitchen makes cooking a pleasure and the generous bar-top seating affords guests the space to relax over a glass of wine and engage in good conversation while preparing that special meal. The condo is rounded out with its own private laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. There is high speed internet throughout the unit and both the primary and one of the secondary bedrooms have a smart TV for guest's entertainment. If you enjoy games, there are a number of games included in the unit which guests are welcome to use, but please be careful not to lose the pieces as it ruins the use of those games for myself and other guests. Guests have access to the entire unit with the exception of a small locked closet off the laundry room. The condominium building consists of two towers that mirror one another. Guests have access to amenities in either building. Each building includes a large outdoor pool and hot tub directly overlooking the ocean, a well-appointed gym, a pool table for entertainment and a club house with a full kitchen, large screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating for playing games or enjoying a good conversation with friends or quiet time with a book. Dogs are allowed subject to certain weight restrictions, and each building includes a dog park with plenty of room to romp. Private beach access opens directly from the pool, which keeps the beach directly in front of the condo private and tranquil. Condo is within walking distance of many restaurants, stores and nightlife. Expanded amenities are just a short drive away and Disney World is roughly a one hour drive from the condo so you can make it into a day trip.
