Soundbar, Fully furnished with new decorations, new MB furniture, new stove, new dishwasher, many upgrades, toaster oven, new electric recliner sofa and love seat, new microwave, new dinette set, reverse osmosis water filter system for sink and ice cubes, new ceiling fans.

Indoor garage space is limited to access of beach accessories. Parking is available outside in designated parking areas.

Full size High Efficiency Washer & Dryer inside. New King and queen size beds. Walk in closet in MB. Small friendly condominium complex only 12 units total. Looks like a townhouse. Quiet area of the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at our favorite location. The condo was well furnished & in good condition. Other people at the condo were friendly. Charley kept in touch and was helpful. It was especially nice to have a washer, dryer and garage. Definitely would stay there again.

Great condo right on the beach!

This was our second stay and we had a great time. We enjoy the small, quite, friendly condo complex and Charlie is very involved, making sure everything is going smoothly. The pictures represent the condo and the view perfectly and we love the easy quick walk right out the door to the beach!
