Never got check in code. No working smoke detectors
I was very disapointed with this property. Aside from the very dated look, there were no working smoke detectors when I finally got into the property. I had to call the property manager who brought new bateries and got one unit working.Also the heater in the bedroom kept blowing the circuit. Property manager had it reset, but it blew again while i was out for dinner. I did not contact him until the following morninh. I spent first night and part of last night with no heat. Temp dropped to 42F first night.I left early because of the heat issue. This unit is tired. I have requested a partial refund

We arrived after the Office closed. There were no signs to show us how to get to the 3rd floor. With the help of a resident we found 312. The 10 digit code did not work. We could not get into the condo. After texting Vacasa and VRBO the property manager, Jeff, came to our rescue an hour or so later. Thank you Jeff! The next morning we realized we had plumbing issues. The bathtub did not drain properly, toilets did not flush properly and the kitchen sink drain was not connected and water went all over the floor. Jeff came to our rescue again. The coffee pot had moldly coffee grounds in it from who knows when. The second morning there was no hot water. Jeff called building maintenance and it was corrected. The bathroom fan did not work because it was caked with dirt. The living room/ kitchen floors were very dirty and needed to be washed. The condo is in a great spot. There is lots of work being done on the patios and sea wall. We knew that ahead of time. The chair on the balcony wasn’t useable. The seat was ripped and the air conditioner cover was not connected.
Do not think we’ll go back there.
