FUN IN THE SUN! This Beautiful Newly Remodeled Million Dollar Ocean View Studio Condo is on the 3rd floor, Located 1/2 Mile South of International Speedway Blvd on the Beach. There is a Queen Bed. There is a fully equipped kitchenette. This is privately owned, please enjoy my comfortable home.
Note: There is a monthly pest service. However, this is the Tropics, where flies, spiders, ants, nats, roaches and other insects coexist. If you happen to see one or one that is dead please don't exit the building like it's a 10 foot creature. They are mostly harmless and feel free to step on it. There will be no refunds.
