Short stay..

Owner was extremely diligent with communication. Issues were dealt with in a timely manner. Beach access was a little more difficult than I thought it would be, however it was stated in the description it was just my interpretation. Overall great place for the price.

Property grounds under construction. Unit itself was modern and clean. Some kinks not worked out. Bathroom electric outlet didn’t work. TV and remotes without instructions and host not helpful. Kitchen very minimally stocked. Cook maybe an egg and Ramen. Not for a family. The beach access was blocked by construction. You need to walk on busy street to get there . This was not disclosed. I traveled alone for work. The area felt unsafe. Construction company had 6 foot fences blocking egress around elevator and stairs which were in dark corner. No security. Host was iuncaring and unresponsive. I left a day early.
