Gorgeous apartment at the beach! Family-friendly activities, public transport, and nightlife. You`ll love the neighborhood, the ambience, the comfy beds and the outdoors space. Very good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids).

The apartment has 2 queen size beds, to up 4 guests. It is all tile floor, furniture, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Apartment includes linens, towels, 40" inch Smart HDTV includes 60+ channels and WiFi are included for your entertainment. The location is fantastic, close to Sun Splash Park, short walk to Daytona Lagoon Water Park, Ocean Deck and Board walk (0.5 miles) where will have good food, music, drinks, shops and a lot of fun. We are also only one mile from the Convention Center.

Please treat the space with respect. If any problem arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

Unit #405 is dirty and disgusting. The bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work and the light over the bar sink didn’t work. The paint is dirty and peeling off the walls and doors, the furniture is worn out and the pillows were almost completely flat. The tile in the bathtub has been painted and the shower curtain had mold on it. The bathroom sink had no stopper and there was very little water pressure even with both taps wide open. The shower curtain rod was rigged to stay up. Also, there was only one glass and one wine glass to drink out of.

The property was ok, appreciate garage parking for the motorcycle. Thought property had a beach view. Must have read the details wrong. Hair dryer didn't work but everything else was fine.
