Welcome to King's Hideaway located in Daytona Beach Shores. This 2-bed/2-Bath condo is a perfect getaway. Features: heated pool, BBQ Grill, beach access directly across A1A & a private balcony overlooking the pool with a stunning sunset view! The condo has been updated and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. The master BR has a king bed , the guest BR has two singles, and the living room has a full-size sleeper sofa. Guests' have full access to the condo.

Additional rules: Absolutely no smoking in unit or near open doors or windows. Unit is equipped with smoke/marijuana detection system and guests will be removed from property and no refund given if there is any smoke in unit. After booking you will receive an email to opt in for Traveler's Insurance. Be sure to read this in detail and consider purchasing. If you do not elect this insurance, you will not be refunded in the event of nature disaster.Guest will maintain the premises in good order and appearance including keeping the premises free of trash and garbage. Reasonable wear and tear are the only exceptions to damage to the premises. Booking guest agrees to be the primary occupant of the dwelling during the entire period of the rental. Guest may not use the premise for commercial or event purposes. No commercial photography or filming is allowed on the property. Guests booking units that may allow small weddings or similar must notify Manager upon booking, pay additional fees and disclose all requested information to Manager. In the event a guest hosts an agreed-up event but does not give accurate information as to the time of the event, number of guests or type of event, booking will be cancelled, and guests immediately evicted. Any agreed upon event must be paid no less than 7 days prior to event. Manager has the right to deny any event request for any reason. Guests may not hang towels over outdoor railings, erect tents or banners or do anything else to make property look less appealing to neighbors. Guest agrees to lock all doors and windows when they are not at the property. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Guest agrees to adhere to all guidance from the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on COVID-19 and any local and state regulations. Local and state regulations can be found on the local public health department website. OCCUPANTS. No more than the number of person(s) entered in the booking may occupy the Premises at any one time unless the prior written consent of the Manager is obtained. All guests over the age of 2 are counted towards the maximum. Any party falsely representing the number of people or exceeding the maximum may be subject to immediate eviction without refund. Guests must be 25 to book (or the specified minimum age to book as noted on the booking site). Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent. Guests over 25 may not book a property for the use of a group under the age of 25 (ex: a mom or aunt cannot book a unit for a group of high schoolers where the parent or legal guardian will not be present). FURNISHINGS. The unit is completely furnished and stocked. Guest shall return all such items at the end of the stay in a condition as good as existed at the beginning of the booking, normal wear and tear excepted. PROPERTY INSURANCE. Manager and Guest shall each be responsible to maintain appropriate insurance for their respective interests in the Premises and property located on the Premises. Guest shall also maintain any other insurance which Manager may reasonably require for the protection of Manager's interest in the Premises. Guest is responsible for maintaining casualty insurance on its own property. It is recommended that travel or vacation insurance is obtained by the Guest. Manager requires unit insurance coverage purchase at booking. NON-DISTURBANCE CLAUSE. Guest and their guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger (fireworks) or inconvenience neighbors nor use the premises for any unlawful purposes. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Guests shall adhere to noise policy and shall interact kindly with neighbors. Guests understand that many units are in residential areas and will act with the utmost respect while at the premise or in the neighborhood/condo. Guest will not be heard using foul language, being rude, arguing or displaying obvious intoxication. Guest will treat property with the same care as if the property was their home and will not hinder normal traffic patterns in the area. Guests will not do anything neither at the unit nor in the neighborhood/building that would cause complaints from neighbors, HOA or Condo Managers or police/code enforcement. Guest will abide by any parking restrictions.
