It was good

It’s on a main road with easy access to the beach, shops, and dining. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Very nice people at desk. Room was smelly and walls thin. Loud visitors.

Hotel was not prepared to reopen. Room was dirty when we checked in and we asked to be moved, which was a headache!

What I was disappointed with this Hampton Inn is that I had to pay $10 a night and I was a hotel patron. Staff said it would guarantee me a parking spot. So that tells me that they rent out spots to public.why would I have to pay if they could only manage their own parking lot. Oh , by the way, when I checked out the parking lot seemed about 50 percent occupied. well they got my 10 bucks this time. Next time I am staying down the street

This property is always neat and clean and the staff is very friendly. We love staying on Flagler Avenue and this place makes it great.

Close walking distance to the beach, spacious rooms, breakfast in the morning had good selection and was very convenient

We had a hiccup the hotel was overbooked and our room had been given to someone else. So when we got there, the staff did everything to accommodate us in the next property available which was 2 min away. Even though this was a very unpleasant surprise the manager and everyone at the front desk made sure we were taken care of, even on the next day. They handled everything in the best way they could. We were really pleased

Great location. Great breakfast and room. Staff was accommodating and room was ready hours early which was a plus.

Close to the beach. Great staff. Will stay again

This was my first stay at this Hampton inn. It was a clean and bright hotel. I've stayed at other nsb hotels and the mildew odor was always overwhelming. The Hampton had no such problem and was a clean, spacious and comfortable room.

At check-in at 5:00 pm we were told the pool was closed which is pretty sad considering it's summer in Florida, but even worse was they didn't tell us there was no air condition where our rooms were located. They never kept us updated so we could look for other rooms. They had a tech working but still no air at 11:58 pm so we checked out as the rooms were unbearable and they have fixed windows. There were 6 of us and one was pregnant she drove back to Cocoa Beach at midnight and the rest of us piled into the only motel room we could find at that hour which was pretty nasty. The front desk person was very nasty not to just us but other guests and apparently they had 30 other rooms available with ac but were holding them for guests arriving that following day. I have never been treated so badly at a hotel.

Dear Guest, We apologized about the confusion with our parking fee. The fee is for parking security. We are not renting it out to the public. We offered free parking for the past five years but locals and some people who are not guests are taking over our parking spot and left our guest with no place to park. It was an issue we have to deal with especially the weekends and busy season. The management decided to have the secured gate so that our guests could park conveniently and not worried about losing a spot at the hotel. We apologized if this caused you an inconvenience. Warm Regards, Hampton Inn New Smyrna Beach
