Desk Clerk said hotel has a large group and only room available was second floor that didn’t have ocean view as there are secondary hotel buildings in front of the window !! It turned out she gave me accessible room !!! Worst shower ! Both hand and rain shower works at same time so half the presssure and fixture is total loose !! What a rip off ! There were barely any guest there let alone big group. All facility closes at 10am except one grill that closes at 11pm !! This isn’t resort where it’s all closed before midnight. I like to ask for refund and did complain at check out but I don’t expect it !!

Property was nice, Room was clean. Loggerhead restaurant was the worse service we have ever had.. we ordered.. 1.5 hrs later we got our food after explaining to waiter was "HANGRY" means. Do not eat there !!

The room was in good condition. Great view. The Hotel staff was very friendly, However, Food service in 2 out of 5 places wasn't so great.. I know its convenient to have 5 restaurant, but food is not worth staying for.. go out and explore the town..Coffee shop is ridiculous, they don't open until 7am, and all the employees work on 1 order instead of someone taking the order and someone else works on it so more orders can be taken.. very inefficient.
