Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Basement space with separate entrance, we still live on the main floor but there is limited interaction. Beautiful property surrounded by large trees, and beautiful deer roaming around. Located less than seven minutes from I-60, I-27, downtown, lake access, groceries, shopping and dining. Level 2 EV charging available on property, and fast charger located at the Welcome Center near downtown.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.

Wonderful stay here, clean and comfortably stocked. The bed was super comfortable, the host was attentive and friendly, the bathroom floor was soft in a few places, but it didn't cause us any issues. Would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a quiet, comfortable getaway.
