This spacious four-bedroom, two-bathroom home has been thoughtfully restyled while still retaining its charming country heritage. Featuring a wraparound veranda, expansive entertaining spaces and a stunning rear garden, Sunshine House is designed for relaxed group getaways and peaceful weekends away.

The home offers four comfortable bedrooms, including one king bedroom, two queen bedrooms and one double bedroom. The king bed can also be configured as two singles upon request. The master suite includes a private ensuite and luxurious spa bath for two, while the brand-new central bathroom features a deep soaking bath, walk-in shower and European laundry. Hydronic heating throughout the home ensures year-round comfort.

At the heart of the property is a generous open-plan kitchen and dining area complete with wood fire and plenty of room to gather, relax and entertain. French doors open onto the beautiful rear garden and entertaining deck, with tranquil views towards Wombat Hill.

Dogs are welcome, with a secure yard perfect for furry companions, and an EV charging station is also available for guest convenience.

Perfect stay for friends & pups

The property was perfect for friends coming together, enjoying cold nights in front of the fire and sunny days on the deck. Luvly gardens for the pups to explore and spacious for dining in and lounging on the couch.
