Room had a smell and lots of dust/ particles blow from air conditioner every time it restarts. Check in was not simple. I did the online check in, provided all information necessary to receive keys upon arrival and was still required to do the entire check in process at the desk. This was frustrating after a long flight and delays. I was expecting the keys as written on the online check in; that did not occur.

Very nice hotel, convenient location, clean and well appointed, very comfortable bed and the quietest air conditioner ever. The recently upgraded bathroom was particularly nice.

The ceiling was barely holding on ,mold,mildew. The bed was springs,the noise of people slamming doors, cops in parling lit drug deals in hotel 3 room's away from me and I witnessed. I am disgusted for it interfered with my safety and mental well veing. Tge money paid is not worthy. I would aporeciate a refund or adjustment for this serious concern of safety for future guests. I will not be staying there or recommending this unacceptable facility. No need to report to police since they were in tge parking lot. God bless
