Goodnight, I am.writing my review on my stay with Wonder Vacation Homes property in Davenport Florida. Let me start by saying prior to my arrival the property contacted me all day and night about everything I should know, which was awesome, responding quickly to anything I asked but when I arrived to the property and really needed them they didnt respond in a timely manner. When I arrived to the home all the smoke detectors in the home were activated. All of them sounding in each room simultaneously. I called, texted and emailed every number and contact I had on these people and they failed to respond. They claimed to have a 24hr emergency but that line goes straight to a voicemail giving the hours of operation and stating if their is an emergency to call this same number. We tried re-setting the alarm and it went off for about 10 min then came right back on. We couldnt sleep in this home all night with the all the noise. I felt that was an emergency but im guessing they didnt think their guest getting sleep was urgent. No one answered about the the detectors until the next morning, that was insane. I responded requesting a refund for that night but of course they never answered. I sent the request via all of their contacts but they totally ignored my request. They didn't respond with a Yes or No, they just ignored the request. Claiming that the detector wasn't going off when the handyman arrived and he didnt have to change the batteries is not an excuse, it happened and
