Nice home, except there were roaches
We stayed from Sunday to Sunday. Check in was seamless with easy access to the gated community. We were also given a complimentary early check in which was very nice. Great locstion to Universal Studios. Home was spacious and accommodating; however, on our first night there, someone stopped by to drop of things in the home and remove gate from pool area. Also,on our first night in the home we noticed what I call "Kitchen Roaches" coming out from under the sink in the island. What I mean is these were not water roaches, they were the small roaches. They were crawling on the countertop and across the floor. I messaged management and they agreed to have someone come out and spray the next day while we were out for the day. We noticed after that, the roaches were less and less and dieing but by Friday evening the roaches were back. In my opinion, if the roach situation is gotten under control, it would be a great place for vacation.

Couldnt have asked for anything better
We found this lovely villa home on VRBO and so glad we did. It was very clean, spacious, comfortable, close to everything and we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the enclosed lanai. Any time we had a question staff was always friendly, easily accessible, and quickly gave us a solution. We would definitely not hesitate to stay here again. One note is our GPS routed us to the residents residential entry and that is NOT the access point. You must enter the main access off 17/92. There is a 24 hr security guard and they are quite helpful and friendly. Dont hesitate to stay!! The Brown family from SC

Beds not too good,no coffee filters so I left some of mine for next people, not a lot of towels, dryer vent wasn’t hooked up so we fixed it. Otherwise overall nice

Enjoyable Extended Stay
We walked in to a clean and well organized home!
All appliances were in excellent condition. The pool was warm and clean, we stayed in Jan/Feb so we paid extra for the pooling hearting but well worth it.
The area was lovely and we golfed at Providence Golf Course.
We would recommend this property and hope to come back soon!

Great Pool! Okay Experience.
We stayed for 8 nights in November.
Pros:
Pool heat worked great and was perfect for this time of year! It stayed warm and made swimming enjoyable!
Pool table and air hockey were perfect for our older kids!
Ping pong equipment at the club house was complimentary to use!
Pool was clean and well-kept!
Extra cozy blankets provided!
Cons:
Beds were extremely hard and very uncomfortable.
Family pool and water slide were closed the entire duration of our stay on a scheduled upgrade. We were not notified of the closure prior to our stay.
No “extras” included was extremely inconvenient. Having things like trash bags, dish washer soap, aluminum foil, toilet paper, etc., make a vacation relaxing. Extra trips to the store was a time-killer.
A ton of traffic at all times of the day to get places.
Carpet was obviously cleaned and vacuumed, however old and felt gross on your bare feet.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the home! The check-in process was a breeze. The home had plenty of space, everything was clean and we enjoyed the pool/spa. We had no issues during our stay!

We had a nice stay at the house. The temperatures in Florida weren’t in our favor the week we were there…😔 The dryer could be upgraded, it took about 2.5 hours to dry 2 sheets and a mattress protector.
