The kitchen is very nice for extended stay. The area is quiet and we felt quite safe there. I believe the carpet could use a good shampooing as my white slippers soon turned to dark gray. They said they clean extended stay rooms every 4 days, but after 5 days, I had to request cleaning.

The Spirit airline of hotel suites.

I booked from Hotels.com Nowhere does it tell me that I will need to bring my own pots, pans, dish soap, dishes, glasses, silverware etc or buy them from the pantry. It’s a kitchenette suite. Also hairdryer did not work on low and there were no wash clothes in my room. It was clean and bed was comfortable.

What an unexpected find! I had never heard of this chain before but it was in a good area and the price was great so I thought I'd give it a try and I'm so glad that I did! Everything was great from the start. Staff was friendly and room was clean. But the BED, so SO comfy. I would definitely stay at this property again and will keep this chain in mind for future trips. Highly recommend

Not what we expected

We knew there was a full kitchen but we weren’t told to bring our own dishes, pots and pans, utensils or coffee filters. There was no body wash in the shower (it wasn’t filled), there were a few hairs on our bath towels, and the bed was not comfortable. We didn’t tell the front desk because every time we went down there, there was nobody at the desk. We were looking forward to staying here based on the wonderful reviews, but we won’t be staying in a My Place hotel again.
