The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms space is fully furnished with amenities such as a private pool, equipped kitchen, patio, free parking, free wifi, washer and dryer, TVs with Netflix, and Disney plus. This home is a one-floor house that sleeps, thirteen people. No pets allowed.

We provide a guaranteed welcoming clean service before the check-in, you will find the property sanitized, clean, and neat. All cleaning is provided by professionals and all linens and towels are clean and sanitized.

-There is a limited age for those who want to book, the host guest needs to be at least 25 years old to be able to book at this property.

-The master bedroom includes a private bathroom and has a king-size bed for two people.
-The second bedroom includes a private bathroom and has a queen-size bed for two people.
-The third bedroom has a queen-size bed for two people and shares a jack and jill bathroom with the fourth bedroom.
-The fourth bedroom has two bunk beds with a trundle that can sleep a total of five people.

Pool
-The pool is private and will be professionally cleaned for your enjoyment.
-No diving, running, or eating in the pool.
-Children should not swim unattended.
-A pool gate is not provided.
-For safety precautions, adults should maintain doors that provide direct access to the pool locked at all times.
-Children must be supervised at all times.
-A pool heater is $60 daily.
-The request must be made 7 days in advance.”

Crib: If you need a crib, the fee would be $10 per night. This is an extra service that will be delivered before your check-in. Please make this request 7 days in advance.

Pool heater: The request must be made 7 days in advance before checking in. Requests are not made 7 days in advance or last-minute requests to turn the pool water heater on will incur a $150 charge in addition to the daily rate of $60.

BBQ: Propane gas will be provided, but guests must fill the tank with gas via self-service.

Access:
Only registered guests are allowed to access the property through keyless access, you only need an access code that would be provided before your check-in. No pets allowed.

Check-in/out
Early check-in time would have to be mutually agreed on 7 days in advance as the house might be occupied at the time. Later check-out times would have to be mutually agreed on 7 days in advance as the house might be occupied at the time. Please do NOT checkout late or you'll be charged a $150 late checkout fine per hour past check-out.

Parking:
-Two cars fit in the driveway.
-Do not park in the garage.
-Do not park on the street or in front of the neighbor’s driveway.
-The property only allows 2 cars.
-Please plan ahead in only bringing two cars.
-No street parking is allowed.
-Do not park on the grass

To continue in the short-term rentals business we must respect the property of neighbors, the property, and HOA rules. These rules are in place to protect all parties. Please comply with these rules or there will be consequences.

House Rules:

No parties, events, or commercial parties are allowed on this property.
This is a gated community so please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. So please respect the noise curfew that takes effect at 9 pm. Our strict quiet hours are from 9 pm to 7 am.

No smoking or illegal substances:
Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Illegal substances are not allowed either. The fine for smoking inside the house is $600.
