Great Place to Stay

This house was very spacious and accommodating. We loved the pool and patio area! There’s so much to do you don’t have to leave the house! With the extra dishes and cups we never ran out. It has everything you might need.

Great Property

I definitely recommend staying at this property. The house is very big and clean. When we arrived there was a small welcome basket with a note and candy, which was a nice touch from the host. The kids enjoyed the pool in the house and also in the community. The check in process was very easy. Whenever I needed to contact guest services, it was very easy to do so through text. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Very nice

Loved the 2nd full fridge in the garage. Loved the extra long dining table. Very nice decor and enjoyable rec rooms in loft and garage. Would update the bedroom descriptions- confusing because the flamingo room is a Mickey Mouse room and to clarify the bunk beds are full size. We were surprised the A/C was locked on 72°. That is hot and humid in FL. Highly recommend installing ceiling fans in each bedroom.

Disappointed with property management.

House is beautiful and was perfect for our annual family gathering. However … spent 2 hours trying to get in the gated community due to property management not submitting our names to the gate for arrival ( apparently they are known for doing this…. we weren’t the first). While at the gate being delayed, property management informed us we had a broken bed in the house….I’m not sure why at 5 pm we were being told this as check in was at 4. Finally after a long day of travel and delays we learned at 11 pm that our patio door locks were broken and would have to settle for next day fix. Day two and three we had people in the house fixing issues while we were trying to enjoy our vacation. No main living air conditioning regardless of several fix attempts. Although we ended up having a great time and continue to make memories with many laughs, I will likely not vrbo with another Vasca associated property.

Poor communication, service, and cleaning, disrupted an otherwise fine trip

Upon check in, we were greeted by a house with no running water. Due to the time, and inability to connect with the local property manager, we did not have running water for over 12 hours after check in. The larger 3rd party group that this house used claimed they were unable to do anything without the local property manager - who did not contact us back for over 8 hours. Once the water was turned on, most of the trip became uneventful, and fine. Some of the rooms were cleaned poorly, as we frequently found hair in sinks, and a partially filled liquor bottles in a cupboard. Many pieces of furniture were damaged, included legs missing from a bed, and some chairs. I have reached out to the rental company that listed this through VRBO, and through 5 days, have still not heard back.

Great property. Just wanted to let the p/m a few things that need attention. Bar stool, legs on dining room table loose, statue upstairs in cupboard broke, some drawers don't work, chair in master bedroom broken leg and some smoke alarms disabled (need batteries).

Beautiful Home but TV/wifi issues the entire stay

House is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our group, however, we had several issues. First, the pool had NOT been turned on so was cold when we arrived. Heater was not working so they had to come back the 2nd day. Didn't have a warm pool until day 3. Second, we had NO TV our entire stay and this was very frustrating. We were in town for a softball tournament - only played 2 games a day so we spent a lot of our time at the house. The Olympics were going on at that time and we couldn't watch them at all. Not to mention it was also Superbowl weekend and I had a lot of unhappy men wo couldn't watch any sports at the house. I called at least once DAILY about getting the tv situation fixed and the management company could not reach the owner to put in a repair request with the cable company. Since the owner was the only person listed on the cable account only owners could set up an appt for repairs. It took a couple of days for owners to even respond because "they didnt recognize the number trying to call them and didn't answer". Finally, mid-afternoon on Sunday we had television, however, we were leaving early the very next morning. Third, the television in the rec room on the 2nd floor never did work. I was told I would be contacted and we would be given a credit for all the inconvenience. I have not received one phone call and it's been 3 months. I will not rent through them again simply due to the lack of concern, response, care of their guests.
