The hotel was very beautiful. The food was very delicious. The water for the shower was warm and lasted a long time (compared to other hotels ive stayed at in the Philippines). The staff cleaned the room very good. I always tipped the staff everyday for their quick and detailed cleaning of my room.The only real problem i had was that occasionally the room had a bad smell.

Overall it was good. Just a suggestions, Maybe they should put up some signs to know where the hotel part and the residence part respectively. And provide some hand towels in the room. Yet it is a nice hotel and new as well.

Property had issues with smelly carpet. Smells damp and dated. Engineered wood or tiled floorings would be better probably on carpeted areas to get rid of that moldy smell in the hallways. Our room had tiny roaches by the coffee maker. Lots of bird poop in the pool section same goes in the balcony. Seems like it has not been cleaned for weeks. Overall the staff attentiveness and service was great. A manager with a little OCD would probably be a good addition to the team to make sure it will live up to a 5 star rating.
