You get what you pay for. Unit is safely located on ground floor. They could get a new inexpensive shower curtain & replace bathroom door which both look nasty with mold!

Unit was nice, convenient to SM mall for grocery shopping and eating out. The new coastal road is an easy walk and most things to do are close. Swimming pool is nice. Condo had 2air conditioners.

Clean, great kitchen, refrigerator washer and AC. The property manager Wilsan was really excellent... friendly polite and respectful. We had as many as 11 members of her family sleeping here occasionally with no problems.They loved the swimming pool, kitchen, and close proximity to SM Mall
