We have strong wifi perfect for work-from-home setup, Netflix, swimming pool, gym, and Ayala Mall is just beside so you can enjoy comfort and convenience around restaurants, grocery, and coffee shops.
Davao airport is just 15mins away, and tourist spots like Crocodile park, Japanese Tunnel, Eagle park, Samal beach are super accessible.

utensils. We encourage our guests to order food via Grab App or Food Panda.
• There's ongoing road construction, although the pavement is clear going to the parking lot.
