We enjoyed the house. It was located within walking distance to the beach. It served it's purpose. Internet was a big issue or should I say the lack thereof. Furniture was uncomfortable in living room. The deck is becoming weathered. Our kids got splinters in the feet several times.

The house is amazing. Even though it is not directly on the gulf or the bay, it is very close to a free public beach. The only complaint we have is that the Dryer was not in working condition. There were wet towels, hand towels and wash cloths for about 10 people in the dryer when we arrived. This left us with no towels in the entire house! That said, the management company was quick to respond and provided fresh towels for everyone each day and offered to do our laundry at their facility if necessary. The maintenance guy was unable to repair the dryer during our stay.
Our whole family had a wonderful time and are already planning another trip to Dauphin Island and would rent this house again in a heart beat.
