Be Cautious with this Unit and Renting from Vacasa
Not a good experience -- I did research and determine that this unit is actively for sale so that may be why no one really cares about helping anyone out. This is the only unit on this street with no designated close parking to stairs -- when we pulled in, we could not tell where to park for our unit and immediately go stuck in sand...both vehicles. All other units have rocked areas to park that are close to unit. We had to call AAA to have us removed because Vacasa never responded to anything. We attempted to text them as requested and they immediately respond....but it's a call center....they are not local and the only response we received was that the local team had been notified.....Totally unacceptable. Coffee maker did not work -- it was Keurig and had pod side that would not work. Then it had a pot side...but no coffee pot! I texted first day and was told the local team was ordering a new one -- obviously...not for our stay because we never received another text or coffee maker. The vent in ceiling leaked and if you sat on loveseat, you would be wet! The radio system did not work. One of the rooms had a king size bed....but you can't close the door to the room because bed is so large -- we assumed that is why they have curtains going into bedroom areas. We were most disappointed with Vacasa and will never use them again -- they do not care about their tenants. I could go on and on but I am limited to 1500 characters! Beware of this unit and Vacasa!
