You'll be a quarter-mile stroll from the sparkling, white-sand shores of Dauphin Island at this two-bedroom townhome brimming with island character.

This home enjoys an enviable corner position in a small, atmospheric building surrounded by tall trees. After a day spent swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding in the Gulf of Mexico, you'll come home to a shaded patio on the ground floor where you can barbecue on the gas grill, relax on the cushioned sofa, or recline in the porch swing with a cold drink in hand.

Ascend a flight of exterior stairs and enter by way of a small front patio, a wonderful spot to savor your first cup of coffee each morning. Inside, the living space has every modern comfort, including an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar for three, and a dining room table for four. Leave the day's swimsuits and towels in the care of the stacked washer/dryer, and get comfortable in the living room with a movie streaming on TV.

Of the two bedrooms, one is a primary bedroom suite with a desk workspace and a private bathroom, and the other is a guest room with its own TV.

Please note: NO SMOKING inside unit or outside on upstairs patio/balcony. Smoking is only permitted downstairs in the seating area. Please clean up all cigarette butts, trash, etc.

Great location!

Very clean with plenty of extra linens and towels. Only complaint was someone kept parking in our parking place, which was annoying since all of the other spaces were empty. Customer service was very quick and helpful! We even got the opportunity for early check in which was helpful and unexpected. We would definitely use Vacasa again in the future! Thank you for an excellent experience!

Awesome condo

We had a great time staying at this end condo. It was very clean and decorated so cute. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen well stocked and everything was well cared for. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. It was quiet and good sleeping. They give you the ability to adjust the central AC to your desired temp. The beach is not easily accessible though. You have to drive to it or climb a steep sand dune and walk a long way across sand. It would be a long haul with beach chairs/ children/ pets etc. Note that the West End beach does not allow dogs. The East End and Community beaches do allow dogs. I took one star off for communication with property manager because it took 1/2 hour to get ahold of the property managers when we arrived and could not get into the door with the code lock. They reset the code. Over all the Condo was wonderful but the beach was a not easy access.

Good location, however I feel the phrase "steps from the beach" is misleading. I Google mapped it and didn't see a clear way to the beach without trespassing. Was not a fan of the camera that was pointing directly at the outdoor seating area. Otherwise everything was as expected.
