We have stayed in 5 or 6 different houses in dauphin over the years. This has been our favorite by far. You’re right in the middle of the island. The house has plenty of room. It was clean and the beds were nice for once. We’ll be booking this house again for sure.

Nice Place, clean exactly what was described on-line. Very comfortable. Had issue with the Kitchen sink being stopped up, had to plunge it. Got it unstopped but the disposal didn't work, and the guest bathtub didn't drain very quick. There were only 2 of us, but expected 5, they didn't hardly stock enough T.P., trash bags, paper towels, or laundry detergent. Minor for 2 of us...

Excellent location, house was very nice. Problem with keypad not working was addressed, but not resolved. Local Vacasa employees were awesome, not so much the customer relations. Teresa and Trent were very attentive and could not have been nicer and more helpful.

This place was just right for us. They have everything you might need. There ia a small fenced in area attached to the deck that the dogs could go down and go potty without having to put a leash on them. The beach is just down the road and too the left. Perfect walking distance. There were plenty of bath towels, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags for us with most left over. The refrigerator was good and cold and there is an ice maker in the freezer. Once I got the hang of the lock we were golden. There is a front and back deck. The views were great. We walked on the beach with our dogs several times.There were beach towels in one of the closets, though we didnt need them. It was clean when we got there and we even got a text saying it was ready early. There are a few games in the second bedroom closet and a few dog toys in a basket on the washer in the hall closet. Next time we will bring some of our dogs old toys to add to it. They sent us an email with what needed to be do e before we left, just load and start the dishwasher before you leave. If you have time strip the bed sheets. Turn off all the lights and lock the doors. Easy. We had a great time.

Great Trip!

Just right for us and fur baby. Canal view from front and ocean view from back deck. Could hear ocean at night. Roomy without being too big. Dog could just walk out door to secure deck with fenced in small yard space attached. Great ac. Short walk or drive to beach. We just got through booking again for the spring.

This property is practical and well suited for families with children. It’s also pet friendly. We were just a short walk from the beach. If you are looking for luxury keep looking but this fit what we needed for a low key family vacation.

Location, location, location

Excellent experience. Property is located within a five minute stroll to the gulf beach, across the street from the northern shore, and a five minute drive from either end. House was big enough to feel relaxing but not so big that you felt lost. Very pet friendly as well. Fenced in area so we could open the door, let the dog go take care of business, and not have to worry or take her out on a leash every time. Will definitely look into this place again next time.

Location was perfect. The views and the weather was amazing when we were there. Having the personal washer and dryer was a plus. The kitchen could use some upgrades. The fridge door is rusted, and the pots/pans selection was poor, along with cooking utensils. Other than those items, we enjoyed everything else, and would likely stay there again.

Great stay for a family with dogs!

Great location and wonderful porch space. Our dogs loved the sunny decks and small fenced area to explore. Spacious master bedroom with comfy bed. Pack your kitchen items but pans and dishes are available. We would stay here again!
