The first floor has a family room- dining room combo, with new LVP floors, a large balcony with sliding glass doors, and 9' ceilings throughout the main level. Also, a full bath with quartz counters, new tub & shower, new fixtures, a smart mirror. A generous bedroom with carpet & 2 closets. There is also a full size LG washer & dryer, custom pantry & cabinets for storage in the laundry room. Upstairs offers 2 bedrooms with carpet, with full en-suite baths, also with quartz counters, one has a large shower & separate tub. One bedroom up has its own private balcony overlooking the skies & beach. Under the unit, you will appreciate the storage, complete with refrigerator. There is also a superb covered gather space with a gas grill, as well as covered parking underneath.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
