Welcome to your vacation home close to everything! This home includes two halves of a duplex, perfect for a larger family or group. Each side features its own full kitchen with full-size appliances, as well as its own private washer/dryer set. Rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower, then come inside to cool off in the central air conditioning (on either side, naturally). Enjoy taking in the fresh air from the furnished deck - enjoy a distant ocean view from the front porch!

This home's first half features two bedrooms at the end of the downstairs hallway, each with a private entrance to the deck on that side of the home. The full bathroom across the fall (featuring a shower/tub combination) can serve these guests. Up the stairs, the main bedroom is just to the right. The room's en suite bathroom features a standalone shower and jetted tub, and the rest of this floor features a sunny nook with a flatscreen TV. Next door, the first floor also features two bathrooms on the ground floor with their own private deck entrances. These guests can enjoy the use of a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination across the hall. Head up the stairs to enjoy a chat in the upstairs living room, complete with two sofas and a sunny alcove with space for younger guests to play. At the end of the hall, the main bedroom features a wide window over the bed and a lovely en suite bathroom with a standalone shower and a jetted tub. Every bedroom features a ceiling fan for personal guest comfort.

The Dauphin Island Audubon Bird Sanctuary is just under one mile away, and the Dauphin Island Sea Lab Estuarium is just under two miles away. Walk just over two miles to Hernando Beach! History buffs will love exploring the historic Fort Gaines just under two miles away. For nature fans, the Indian Shell Mound Park lies two miles northwest.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
