House was dated

Although the house was very cute on the inside, it was very much in need of repairs, especially stairs and porches outside. I was afraid of steps breaking as they looked rotten and unkept. Wallpaper was torn on inside, and ceiling needed repair. We still had a good time, and we loved the location. House just needs lots of TLC.

Beautiful peaceful beach

We loved staying at our beach house! Our first stay in Audubon place but not our first stay at dauphin island. Access to everything on the island was easy and the beach was peaceful and fun. The duplex had a great setup with 2 bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs with a full bath and sitting room. Perfect for our married daughter and son in law. The furnishings were worn but comfortable. The stairs in front and back needed repair. Items I wished I knew I needed to bring would be coffee filters and a broom and dustpan. We were not able to find these in the house and the sand piled up! We had a wonderful vacation!!

Dauphin Island Getaway

We had such an amazing time staying at this property! The house is a close walk to the beach and a short drive to bars and restaurants. It rained on Saturday and we had a great time hanging out indoors. The property management team was on top of it and responded quickly. Be sure to check out the Pelican Pub. We loved our stay and will be sure to be back!!
