The Daun apartment is centrally located in the small town and holiday destination of Daun, just steps from the Volcano Museum, indoor pool, and many leisure facilities and attractions. The charming town offers a great selection of shops, restaurants, and cafés, all within easy reach. The "Wehrbüsch" hiking area is only a few minutes' walk away, and the lakes and maars are about 2 km from the property.



This beautiful, newly renovated apartment is suitable for 8 guests and extends over two floors (approx. 95 sqm). It occupies the 1st and 2nd floors of the City Ferienhaus Vulkaneifel and has a private entrance. The living room features a double sofa bed, seating area, dining area, and a large HD TV with many German and international channels (Astra and Hotbird satellite), DVD player, and stereo system with radio, CD, and USB. There are three separate bedrooms with large double beds; one bedroom is in a suite-like space upstairs (accessible via spiral staircase), which also includes a full sofa set, a second HD TV with DVD, and a stereo system.



The new kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, and an additional dining area. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, modern washbasin, stylish LED mirror with clock, hotel hairdryer, HD TV, DVD, and stereo system. Wooden floors, wardrobe, and central heating complete the amenities.



A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement and can be used for a small additional charge. WiFi and parking are available.
