The high-quality single-family house has a bright living / dining area with integrated kitchen and fireplace on the ground floor.
The kitchen directly adjacent to the open living room is modern and fully equipped. On the ground floor there is a sauna with shower and washstand, a guest toilet and the utility room with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs, three bedrooms ensure comfortable sleep.

Baltic Sea Oasis
This property is fantastic. We loved our experience in Rosenhagen. The house was exceptionally clean, the property manager is very communicative, and the space is perfect for families with children. We stayed with our 6 and 8 year-old and it was great to have a swingset and a big back yard for them to let loose and relax after a day of travels. On top of it, it's wonderful to be just a short walk to the beach. We discovered jellyfish are harmless at the baltic sea (unlike in the USA), built lovely sand castles, played with a couple of the many games available at the house, and pet the sheep that went "baaa" as we walked by. The location is also perfect--close enough to Travemuende if you want to see a busier beach scene, but nice and quiet when you want to just relax and have your own space. A wonderful fairytale experience!

Wonderful House
Our family loved our time in Rosenhagen. The house is beautiful and well equipped. We had plenty of dishes, pots and pans to meet the needs of our 5 person family. All items worked well. The beds were comfortable and met our needs perfectly. The linen package is the best way to go and worth the extra Euros. The main bathroom upstairs has a towel dryer/warmer that we loved. They are not common in the US so it was a nice treat. It did take us one night to get comfortable with the duvet covers on the beds since that is also less common in the US. Absolutely no problem though. We loved the sauna. Easy to use and great after a chilly walk to the Baltic. Great to have a shower right next to it as well. We did not get a chance to use the BBQ grill since the weather was rather damp and cool all week. I love grilling and the Weber grill looked in excellent condition. The outdoor area was nicely cared for and would be great for young kids since there are swings and toys. We spent much of our time exploring the Christmas markets in Luebeck and Hamburg as well as a day trip to Kiel. Driving was very easy, even on the Autobahn. A rental car is needed if you plan on venturing out since Rosenhagen is not within a city. Working with Mr. Mummert was easy and he responded to emails and texts promptly. I would recommend this house to anyone interested. Steve D.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus! Es fehlte an nichts. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche! Es gab Spiele, Bücher, Zeitschriften, CDs, Schaukel, Rutsche, Bollerwagen., einen Grill. Und dann auch nur ein paar Gehminuten zum Strand und ein paar Autominuten bis nach Travemünde. Toll!!!

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub in einem tollen Haus
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Sehr gut eingerichtet, sehr schöne Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche... Der Garten inkl. Terrasse sowie der Strand hatten alles, was wir von einem Ostseeurlaub erwartet haben (oder sogar noch ein wenig übertroffen). Der unkomplizierte Kontakt zum Vermieter mit regelmäßigen Newslettern bzgl. möglicher Aktivitäten in der Umgebung runden das Ganze super ab. Wir haben im Freundeskreis schon das Haus empfohlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, tolles Grundstück mit Sandkasten und Klettergerüst...sehr ruhig und nahe zur Ostsee. Einem morgendlichen Radausflug in der Natur steht nichts im Wege. Tatsächlich recht preisintensiv was aber sicher der Lage und der Ausstattung geschuldet ist. Etwas befremdlich fanden wir die überhöhten Preise für Bettwäsche und Handtücher.

Erholung pur!
Ende September / Anfang Oktober habe ich zwei Wochen in diesem herrlichen Haus verbracht. Es war einfach toll (denn für das Wetter kann der Vermieter ja nichts!). Bereits vor zwei Jahren war ich Rosenhagen und habe die einmalige Lage genossen: die Ostsee vor der Tür, Ruhe und Seeluft in der Nase und Städte wie Lübeck, Wismar und Schwerin auch gleich in der Nähe. Zum Objekt sagen die Sterne eigentlich schon alles: Es mangelte an nichts! Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und zum Kochen füllt man sich wie in der eigenen Küche: einfach alles da! Fazit: immer wieder gerne!
