Enjoy our high quality furnished holiday home for 8 people. It is in the middle of a small and quiet town of Rosenhagen on an approximately 800 square meter plot of land where your children can really let off steam. Your children will be particularly pleased that we can set up a trampoline in the garden from spring to autumn.
It is about 500m to the natural beach. Enjoy the natural ambience of this house after your stay on the beach. It is allergy-friendly and there are so-called Activations so that you can sleep without electrosmog. The wellness area in the lower bathroom with sauna and shower invites you to relax. A separate entrance to the garden provides the necessary fresh air. In the basement there is an open living area with a fireplace, dining area and kitchen. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, each with double beds, a bedroom with bunk beds and the bathroom, as well as a spacious hallway. The children will be particularly impressed by the inhibitor in the attic, with two additional sleeping options. The children will also find a selection of games and Lego there.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Es gibt nicht so viel Infrastruktur, aber mit dem Fahrrad ist der Priwall sehr gut zu erreichen. Im Edeka dort gibt es fantastische Brötchen.

Schönes großzügiges Haus in toller Lage

Ein gut ausgestattetes, großzügiges Haus mit großem Garten, 5min zu Fuß von einem herrlichen Naturstrand entfernt. Leider hatten wir wechselhaftes Wetter und viel Seegras o.ä. am Strand. Prinzipiell kann man dort aber wohl auch toll baden, gerade auch mit Kindern. Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants vor Ort, dafür ruhige und idyllische Lage. Ideal, wenn man gerne mit dem Fahrrad die Gegend erkundet. Die Agentur (SeaSide) ist großartig! Unkomplizierter, sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Kontakt.

Erholung in Kombination mit allerlei Ausflugsmöglichkeiten … am Tage gabe es Kultur im nahen Lübeck oder Wanderungen an verschiedenen Küstenabschnitten (Steilküsten im Osten und Westen oder Sandstrand direkt am Haus) … am Abend gab Sauna, Entspannen am Kaminfeuer oder Spiele am großen Wohnzimmertisch. Großes Haus perfekt für 2 Familien

Wir haben eine tolle Woche hier verbracht. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist perfekt und der große Wohn- und Essraum mit großer Küche super für 8 Personen. Man hat genügend Platz und fühlt sich nicht eingeengt. Die Sauna im Erdgeschoss haben wir gerne in der kalten Jahreszeit genutzt, genauso wie den Kamin. Schön ist es, dass auch Holz zur Verfügung gestellt wird.Das Haus liegt in einer gepflegten und ruhigen Ferienhaussiedlung nicht weit von der Ostsee, Supermärkte sind per Auto erreichbar. Travemünde ist zu Fuß (etwa 6 km) als auch mit dem Auto gut erreichbar.

Einfach großartig

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hell, geräumig, sauber und gemütlich. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder (2 und 5 Jahre). Toll ist auch der große Garten, samt Sitzgelegenheiten und Spielzeug. In den Schlafraum unter dem Dach führt eine schmale, steile Treppe. Hier muss man ein bisdchen aufpassen.

Eine Oase der Ruhe mitten in der Natur

Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt in naturnaher Umgebung benötigt. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen sei es beim Tischtennisspiel/Grillen in dem großen Garten oder am Abend in der privaten Sauna. Die Einkäufe haben wir mit dem Auto auf der Priwall oder in Dassow erledigt. Ein naturbelassener und schöner Sandstrand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war der fehlende Mückenschutz, wenn man mit offenem Fenster schlafen möchte. Wir würden erneut dort Urlaub machen.

Familienurlaub in Rosenhagen

Am 12.Aug. sind wir mit der Familie ( 6E+2K) angereist. Wir hatten das "Haus am Meer" gebucht. Wir fanden ein schönes großes, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Haus in einem großen Garten vor. Zum Strand war es auch nicht weit. Und dank Herrn Mummert ( unser Ansprechpartner vor Ort) gingen auch unsere kleinen Sonderwünsche in Erfüllung.

Wunderbare Tage an der Ostsee

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub in diesem Haus an der Ostsee. Wir waren Radfahren und Schwimmen. Es hat alles gut geklappt. Wir haben nichts vermisst.

Lage des Objektes

Das Objekt befindet sich sehr nah an der Ostsee und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für interessante Ziele in der Umgebung wie bspw. Travemünde, Lübeck, Wismar etc.. Da es auch am Küstenradweg liegt, kann man auch gut via Fahrrad schöne Touren machen. Leider befindet sich in der Siedlung kein Einzelhandel für den täglichen Bedarf, so dass man eine gewisse Mobilität in kauf nehmen muss. Alles in allem ist die Lage perfekt für einen ruhigen (Familien) Urlaub.

Haus mit Wohlfühlfaktor in ruhiger, strandnaher Lage

Urlaub in Rosenhagen

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Rosenhagen ist was für Familien, die etwas Ruhe suchen, keine 80 Meter breiten Sandstrände benötigen und sich an einer relativ unbelassenen Natur erfreuen können.
