Location, location, location.

Easy access to Cherubs Nest via a keypad door. House on 3 levels. Kitchen/dining area on the ground floor which has everything you could need for your stay. It was all very clean and functioning. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and had their own en-suites. Lounge had 2 sofas and to and a window facing the street. Good points- great location within Dartmouth, easy access to the town and shops and harbour. House has everything you need for a few days stay. Parking is included in a nearby car park. Nice touches included-hand wash, sanitizer, milk in the fridge, dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid. Bad points- en-suites in double and king bedroom are very, very small. They are well used and tired and really need redoing. No outside area for the property.

Fantastic location and hospitality

My husband and I managed a weekend whilst our daughter was away with school. We were made to feel very welcome and at home. The owners had a wealth of knowledge on the local area and history which was really interesting. We really liked the fact that it was a small B&B, which kept it personal and the location was fantastic. We would definitely book again.
