A well looked after modern apartment (built just over a year ago) on a quiet private estate.
Entry is through a private entrance and this leads to a hallway.
Up the stairs leads to furnished open plan living room with comfortable sofa, side stool, center rug, a full HD TV with free access to NETFLIX & Freeview channels and a workstation.
Plates, drinking glass, mugs, cutleries and cooking utensils all provided for guest s convenience.
There is a complimentary fast fibre optic free wifi.
The hallway upstairs leads to a furnished bedroom on the left and a family bathroom on the right. Straight ahead leads to master bedroom with it s own private 3 piece bathroom suite. The master bed has a very comfy 2 single beds which can be zipped & linked into a KING SIZE BED. The second bedroom has 2 Single beds with one of the bed been a comfy foldable guest bed with memory foam.
All rooms are supplied with fresh bed linens and towels and the bathrooms with complimentary body wash & Shampoo, toilet rolls, hand wash and hand cream for our guests convenience.
There is 2 allocated parking for our guests use
The house is 15 minutes walk/4 minutes drive to town centre where there are shops, restaurants as well as the train station to hop on the train and be in London in 12 minutes and central London in 35 minutes. This is also 18 minutes drive from the famous Bluewater Shopping centre.
