Otel güzel olmasına rağmen resepsiyondaki İrem Hanım ve Özgen (?) Bey'in hatası yüzünden istediğim odada kalamadım. Üstelik rezervasyon yapmış olmamam rağmen rezervasyonumun görüntülenemediği söylendi. Kaldı ki rezervasyon sonrası arayıp teyit etmiştim. - Otele saat 17'de varmış olmamıza rağmen odamız hazır değildi, lobide beklettiler. - Executive odada kalmamıza rağmen ilk gün verilmesi gereken odaya meyve ikramı verilmedi. - Kahvaltıda bir çok çeşit mevcuttu, ancak her şey ikinci kaliteydi. - SPA saat 10'da açılmasına rağmen saat 11'de gittiğimizde müşteri yok diye saunayı ısıtmamışlardı. Söyledikten sonra açtılar, saat 12'de hala ısınmamıştı. Saat 13'te tekrar gittiğimizde ise müşteri yok diye düşünerek tekrar kapatmışlardı. - Kablosuz internet bağlantısı sürekli kopuyordu.
