The Tiffany Retreat is a spacious luxury vacation home in Daphne with a deck and sits on a huge lot! The destination is perfect for families, couples, singles and friends. PARKING: Free parking is located directly in front of the home and on the west side of the property. Driveway can accommodate up to 10 cars. (Please Do Not Park on the lawn). POINTS OF INTEREST: Our retreat is located less than 3 miles from the Daphne Civic Center, Target, Walmart, a Farmer’s Market and the YMCA. There are also Waterfront restaurants, cafes, Daphne Sports Complex, Lake Forest Yacht Club Golfing, famous Fairhope, Eastern Shore Baseball Academy, Nightlife, fishing @ Mobile Bay, Jubilee Mall, Gator Alley Boardwalk, fitness centers, salons and super markets are also nearby. SAFETY: The property exterior is monitored by police via cameras with 24 hr surveillance & keyless code entry that is changed per visit for the safety of our guests. SMOKING: Not Allowed inside the home. Our home is very clean and a Non-Smoking residence. ($500.00 fine for smoking indoors). Guests can smoke outside on the grounds and on the deck. SLEEPING: The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms and each has been completely remodeled with a fresh, soothing modern palette and updated furnishings. The home sleeps 10 guests. All bedrooms have linen, comforters, blankets, pillows, chair and rug. There is a master bedroom with a king bed and it sleeps 2. A 2nd bedroom that sleeps 4. It has 2 twin beds and a double bed. The 3rd bedroom sleeps 2 and it has a Queen bed. The 4th bedroom is located on the west side of the home and serves as a media room/den with a queen size convertible sofa bed that sleeps 2. Overflow kitchen Items: are stored on shelves in the laundry room). BATHROOMS: The 2 1/2 bathrooms are stocked for guests with various towels, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, conditioners, rug and a blow dryer. DINING & RELAX: The retreat has an array of both indoor and outdoor dining area options; including a large deck for our guests to gather, relax, dine and listen to music. (The deck is not covered. So if it rains, please bring the chair cushions inside). There are night lites accessible for evening outdoor dining. (Please see indoor wall switch left of patio door and do turn off deck lights when not in use). Our guests can also use the multi-designated work station in the family room for board game entertainment. At the station, there are books, art, board games and card games etc. for guests to engage in among themselves). BACKYARD: The home has an array of sports and fun activities including; portable pickle ball, a basketball goal, kids baseball, kickball, football gear and lots of seating around the fire pit. Our guests can also relax in the backyard on either the wooden tree swing, in the tree hammock, at the picnic table, on the hope bench or take a stroll down by the backyard creek.. all at their own risk!
ENTERTAINMENT: Our guests will discover that there are 3 smart tv’s inside the retreat.. 2 in the common area and 1 in the 4th bedroom/den. There is free WiFi, ROKU, cable and internet connectivity access. Yes, there is central heating, AC accessibility, plenty of storage and an LED wall wine bar. (There is no alcohol provided). Below the LED wall wine bar/work station is a granite top multipurpose desk with seating that can be used for children’s game space/eating area. DINING: The home has several eating area options all within the large open entertainment space: including a round granite bar breakfast table that seats 4, a 11 ft kitchen island seats 6, a large custom granite dining table with an upholstery bench which offers seating for 6 guests. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with a charging station and nite lites on the backsplash. Guest will also find an array of kids/adult dishes, bowls, glassware, flatware, wine glasses, pots, pans, midsized crockpot, toasters, grills, cake plate, cook books, a microwave, dishwasher and stove with a built in air fryer feature, easy touch style microwave, pizza trays, serving trays and serving platters. PANTRY:trash can located inside. Please help yourself to the complimentary guest’s welcome basket items inside the pantry. WELCOME GUIDE: located on Designated Work Station with a short list of rules, a section for local restaurant options and a section for you to leave your comments or suggestions for improvements to The Tiffany Retreat. LAUNDRY ROOM: located in the hallway and stocked with a washer, dryer, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, laundry detergent, softener, bleach, iron, and ironing board; along with additional kitchen supplies ie. blender, mixer, toasters, electric broiler, crockpot, and additional kids supplies. BBQ GRILL NOTE: propane tank is provided by the hosts free of charge. (Please request propane fuel in advance and prior to arrival). SPECIAL GUEST OCCUPANCY NOTES: Posted rates are for a maximum of 4 guests. This number includes all children of all ages. A maximum of 10 guests are allowed per booking. There will be an additional booking charge for each guest above our 4 guests per booking occupancy. SERVICE DOGS: are allowed at a rate of $200.00 per day plus any damages.
