This recently renovated beautiful 2BR / 1 bath home (with brand new kitchen and furnishings) is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting your Centre student, attending a Centre sporting event, stopping on the Bourbon Trail at local Wilderness Trace Distillery, checking out historic Danville or Civil War battlefields, or touring the horse farms in nearby Lexington. Have a stress free and fun weekend in town by not having to deal with driving and parking. Just walk just 1 block and you will be at Dry Stack coffee cafe, Copper & Oak restaurant, Burkes Bakery, The Hub cafe, La Cosa Nostra restaurant, Bricks & Brews, Bluegrass Pizza, and Constitution Square (the birthplace of the State of Kentucky). Centre College is just 6 blocks away. The house has 10 foot high ceilings that add to the spacious vibe.
