Our stay was absolutely perfect. This property is truly unique and stands far above other options in the area. We needed a home large enough for a multi-generational family vacation that offered seamless access to both the water and local attractions, and this hit every mark.The private dock is a massive highlight. We used it almost daily for boating, kayaking, and paddleboarding, and even fished off it in the mornings and evenings. The location is ideal for water activities—just minutes from lakefront marinas, restaurants, and entertainment—yet the house itself offers a peaceful retreat.A few specific standouts for future guests:The Layout: The property is meticulously maintained with an abundance of space to spread out comfortably, both indoors and out.The Location: Accessing the house is straightforward, and making the drive into Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Gatlinburg is incredibly easy. You get the best of the lake without sacrificing proximity to the mountains and towns.The Logistics: Check-in and check-out were completely seamless.The photos online genuinely do not do this property justice. To top it off, the hosts, Dawn and Scott, were exceptional—attentive, communicative, highly accommodating, and deeply knowledgeable about the area. They truly helped us maximize our time.We absolutely intend to stay here again and cannot recommend it highly enough.
