A 10-15 minute walk to the Lantern District with amazing restaurants and shops and a 5 Minute drive to Dana Point Harbor where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, and jet skis. Charter a boat to do deep sea fishing or take cruise to Catalina Island. Just on the other side of the harbor is Doheny State beach where you can rent a surfboard or take a lesson.

Do not place excessive and or large food items down the kitchen garbage disposal, to include eggshells, coffee grounds, bones, whole foods, and meats. If a handyman or plumber is required due to the fault of the Guest, all costs associated with repairs will be the responsibility of the Guest.

The cleaning and turnover staff documents the condition of the Property before and after each check-in/check-out, as well as takes an inventory of items. If any damage is done, please inform the Owner immediately. The Guest may be responsible for the cost of replacement items (damaged, broken or missing).
