This studio is attached to our main house with a separate entrance and boasts your own kitchen, bathroom, Laundry, walk-in closet, and private outdoor patio. The mid-century modern home was built in 1947 and remodeled in 2019. This property is just a block from the beach. No expense has been spared for your comfortable getaway, Purple brand luxury pillows and mattress, Ninja blender, Hexclad pans, Black-out up/down blinds and Rain shower. Enjoy your days relaxing at the many beaches Southern California has to offer and enjoy your nights taking in the beautiful sunsets at Pines Park.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi.
