The festive covered outdoor deck is strung with lights, and has a fire pit; perfect for cozy evening gatherings.

A bit disappointing
This place is definitely a great location and in a nice little neighborhood, near a park, and close to the beach and other amenities. It’s just the lower level hasn’t been maintained the best. The bathroom is disappointing as the toilet and shower drainage was poor. There’s also ants and other bugs throughout the house. Door knobs and cabinets need repairs and overall I was just not impressed, especially for the money we paid.
