Spacious elevators bring you to your apartment, which offers enough space for 4 people. Many Damper facilities (Edeka, ice cream parlor, harbor, spa, restaurants, etc.) are just a stone's throw away, the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach can be reached in about 200 m.

The apartment is facing the land side with a beautiful afternoon and evening sun. A bedroom with double bed and a bunk bed in the living room are located in the apartment. The bathroom with shower can be reached via the corridor. The fitted kitchen offers you the opportunity to take care of yourself during your holiday. Kneipen Atmosphäre

Etwas unsauber und leider auch noch der Müll vom Vormieter vorgefunden. 😕 Leider liegt die Wohnung direkt über einem Immobilien Büro und dort befindet sich der Raucherplatz. Die ganze Wohnung ist verraucht und man hat ständig den Zigarettenqualm in der Bude. (Wohnung befindet sich in der 1. Etage) Für Familie mit Kindern und als Nichtraucher eine sehr große Enttäuschung.

Sehr zentrale Lage, unproblematischer Check-in Vorgang. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig. Grundsätzlich aber ein kleines Apartment das den Ansprüchen entsprach.

Schön wie immer

Die Wohnungen in Ostresidenz sind meistens ähnlich. Hochbett mit zwei Betten in dieser Wohnung ist ein riesiger Vorteil. Mein Sohn hat sich immer hinter dem Vorhang versteckt und hatte somit sein eigenes Reich, ohne unbequem auf Sofa schlafen zu müssen.
